This is an easy peanut butter fudge recipe. It's fun to make with the kids and also makes a good Christmas present. When I give these away as a gift, I allow them to completely cool, then package them in holiday themed plastic bags. Add a bow and you have a nice little gift that’s always welcome.

12 oz. Jar of peanut butter
1 cup of powdered sugar
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 bag of chocolate (or Peanut butter) chips

Melt peanut butter and powdered sugar together over medium high heat. After they are completely melted together, remove from heat and mix in milk. Pour into pan lined with wax paper and chill for an hour or two. Melt chocolate in 30 second bursts in the microwave till melted be careful to not let it burn.  Pour over fudge, let set about 15 minutes. Then cut into squares and serve.
