Keto Instant Pot “spaghetti”

6 servings

  • 1 lb hamburger meat
  • 26 oz Crushed tomatoes 
  • 1 can mushrooms, drained
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 1 1/2 tsp italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • 2 packages of Shirataki  (or any other konjac spaghetti (shiritaki noodles, miracle noodles, ect, you prefer)
  • 1/2 cup water


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Set the Instant Pot to saute
  2. Add the oil to the pot and add the hamburger and onions. Saute until brown and the onions are translucent.
  3. Add the Italian seasoning and garlic powder. Mix.
  4. Add the chicken broth and tomato sauce., Mix.
  5. Add the parmesan cheese and the drained And well rinsed Shirataki noodles
  6. Place the lid on the Pot and push the toggle switch into the sealing position.
  7. Press manual for 5 minutes.
  8. Do a quick release and remove the lid. Stir.
  9. Press saute and saute the sauce to remove some of the liquid if you find it too saucy (optional step).
  10. Serve and garnish with more parmesan cheese
